Hey, Vatheon! Maya here~ I know some others have probably said it, but the more I hear, the more I've been wanting to speak up, too!

[ The camera turns on to show a bright and bubbly woman, probably in her early twenties, with pink eyes and black hair. Obviously, she's managed to put together her old outfit. Well, because she likes it a lot. Under her ear is a pencil at the moment, and there's a bunch of recording equipment nearby, and a small notepad in her hand, which she is scribbling on with a different pencil.

She holds the notepad up to the camera of the SFC: ]



I might be new, but I think sitting around and being sad won't get us anywhere. No one can take away your smile unless you let them, you know? Alcohol is a depressant, and it's not a solution. All of you guys drowning your sorrows ought to give them the happiness they'd want from you, you know...? Would they want all of you to be so sad? I don't think so~!

[ The camera shifts off from the smiley face to Maya again. ] Now, then! Since that's the case, I'm going to start an edition of Coolest, my magazine from Sumaru city here in Vatheon. I'm a reporter for the editorial division back home, so I think it would be fun if I took a moment to get to know all of you, where you come from, and what your worlds and realities are like! ♥

I wondered over that myself for a while. I thought maybe Star Fake Communicator, since it isn't an actual starfish--

But it actually just stands for Starfish Communicator.

[ She pauses. ]

... But Starfish is one word, not two! Are you SURE that's what it's called?

[messianic]

Mostly sure. I think they know that, but preferred SFC to SC.

[...]

I suppose they can capitalize whatever letters they want in another world.

That can't be ALL, can it? It's not "Super Fishy Computer"? ... Oh, I guess it's more like a phone than a computer...

[ A pause. ]

I mean, who told you this? Is your info reliable?

Well...Red-kun told me. He certainly wouldn't lie to me, and he has been here for around seven months now, he said. You are welcome to ask him yourself, though, if you'd like.

Red, huh...? You know this person? I'd love to meet them, if they DO know more about Vatheon, I can maybe get a hot lead. Two birds with one stone!

[ She's... getting a sort of look. A 'I'm after a big story!' look. ]

And as my new assistant, can you take me to them? If you're not busy, I mean?

Of course. I can call Red-kun and ask him to meet us somewhere. Do you have a preference, or would you prefer to meet at the dorm?

Why don't we go out somewhere? Think we can get some ramen?

Of course, Maya-san. I know of a place [INSERT DIRECTIONS HERE.]. Would that work?
